Student iCON is a suite of Google apps that helps to better support your learning and collaboration with others.

Student iCON
Student iCON is a suite of Google apps including email and other app services such as Google Classroom and Docs that helps to better support your learning.
These useful applications will follow you throughout your learning journey from Primary School to Junior Colleges.
Student iCON Google apps
Classroom: Access online lesson materials easily and participate in collaborative classroom activities.
Drive: Share and collaborate on documents and files with your teachers and classmates.
Zoom
Students can login to their Zoom accounts (40 min limit when hosting) using Student iCON login.
The account comes with MOE central management of video conferencing settings allowing authentication when students take part in the school’s zoom meetings.
Microsoft 365 Pro Plus
To download and install the Office applications on your laptop or desktop, go to aka.ms/office-install and login with Student iCON ID and password. Refer to these instructions for more details.
Student can install and activate Microsoft Pro Plus on up to 5 desktops/laptops, 5 tablets, and 5 mobile devices.
FAQ
Q1. How can I log in to Student iCON?
Student iCON is web-based. Pupils can use their web browser in their internet- enabled computing or mobile devices to visit https://workspace.google.com/dashboard to access Student iCON.
Q2. What is the naming convention for Student iCON email address?
The student’s email address will be based on @students.edu.sg.
Any space in the full name will be replaced with an underscore.
Should the student’s full name have words such as “Bte” and “s/o”, they will not appear in the email address.
For cases where students share the same full name, a numerical number (e.g. Jon_Tan_1, Jon_Tan_2) is added to differentiate their email addresses.
Q3. What is the password requirement?
Password must be 8-24 characters long.
Password must contain at least 1 lowercase letter(s).
Password must contain at least 1 numeric character(s).
Password must contain at least 1 uppercase letter(s).
Password must contain at least 2 alphabetic character(s).
Password must not be one of 3 previous passwords.
Password must not match or contain first name.
Password must not match or contain last name.
Password must not match or contain user ID.
Password expires every 360 days for primary school students. Users will be alerted via email 7 days before the expiry date.
Maximum of 5 login attempts are allowed.
The password has to be changed after subsequent password resets.
